What ‘s happening at Health at Campbelltown and Health at Newton?
The Doctors at Health at Campbelltown and Health at Newton are committed to providing ongoing high health care, as well as creating a safe workplace and practice for patients and staff, during times of COVID -19 transmission in the community. We will not discriminate against any patient seeking care. To protect our patients, doctors and staff from COVID-19, we have put in place a number of precautionary measures.
When booking and checking in for your appointment, you will be asked if you have any respiratory symptoms, these include any of the below symptoms:

If you have any of these symptoms, no matter how mild, a telephone or car park consult will be offered.
When booking a telehealth appointment please ensure you have been seen face to face at least 12 months prior to your telehealth appointment at the clinic in order for you to qualify for a Medicare rebate for your consultation. If you have not been seen by a doctor at the clinic in the last 12 months you be charged the Private telehealth fee and Medicare will not provide a rebate.
When booked as a car park consultation you will required to remain in your car until instructed to come in to the clinic by their doctor.
Hand hygiene practices including the regular use of sanitiser is strongly recommended.
We expect that our Doctors and staff are treated with respect at all times.
If you do not follow the above guidelines you may be putting our Doctors, Staff and other vulnerable patients at risk.
