Telehealth Consultations are available

If you have not been seen in a face to face consultation in the last 12 months Medicare will not provide a rebate for GP Telehealth services. If you choose to still have a telehealth/phone consult, you will be required to pay for the consult in full and you will not receive a rebate from Medicare

What you need to know:

• The online platform used is hotdocs
• You will need to register once so that you can book your appointments online. Please ensure your Medicare Card details are current and have been updated at our surgery.
• You can register family members in your account and then make appointments on their behalf.
• You can book a standard appointment only (between 10 and 15 minutes) – please call the surgery if you require a longer appointment.
• You will receive an email notification confirming your booked appointment.
• You can cancel your appointment online. If you cancel your appointment with less than 3 hours notice, doctors have the right to charge a Non-Attendance Fee. Please advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
• If you cannot find an available appointment for your usual doctor or need an urgent appointment, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Travel Medicine

Health At Campbelltown can assist you to book with a World Health Organization accredited Yellow Fever Travel vaccination provider. The accredited doctors are actively involved in ongoing education about travel medicine and are qualified and equipped to provide advice and administration of all travel vaccinations.
